There are many people with knowledge of the trails around the lab who run just about every day.
A good first contact might be the president of the running and cycling club, Paul Geiger (x 3308, pgeiger@bnl.gov)
Many of the club's runners start from building 703 at around noon.
There are men's and women's locker rooms as well as showers in that building, so it's a good alternative to the gymnasium.
